"Finally I am coming to the conclusion that my highest ambition is to be what I already am." Thomas Merton
First and foremost, I have been married to Tim for twenty five years, and we have three wonderful children, Austin, Chase and Myranda.
My desire to help others has always been a huge part of who I am, however, it was strengthened when I became a mother. The meaning of caring for family became clearer when I became my father's guardian and losing my mom. These experiences gave the the insights and real emotions to be put into my book, "My Mom's Gone, Now What?"
I owned a spa/salon/fitness center for seven years. We co-own Level Up Fitness Inc and several other businesses. These experiences along with over thirty years of business and marketing experience made the transition into Total Life Coaching a natural fit.
I hold a BA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer, specialize in Pilates and Yoga.
I love working with individuals who are eager to improve their lives. Most importantly, I am a student of life. I utilize what life has taught me to help others.
My greatest life's work is my new program Rise Up 21. It is a Virtual Lifestyle Improvement Program, where we focus on Mindsets, Movement & Nutrition! It is a one of a kind complete journey to making your Life a Masterpiece and making powerful connections...mind, heart & body.
I have worked extremely hard to reduce my cholesterol, become physically fit, study and educate myself in the field of fitness and nutrition and learn how to incorporate positive relationships into my life. My family is what inspires my daily actions and choices. Through living a healthy, conscious lifestyle, I have found that "being" is better than "doing" and laughing in the moment, while living peace and joy is far better than self-doubt, guilt and regret.
The Total Life Coaching Plan...
