New Years Resolutions
I woke up on New Years Day feeling fat and frustrated. As automatic as making my coffee each morning, I went about planning to set my New Year's Resolutions. I heard over and over again on the news how people have good intentions of following through with their resolutions, but most people give them up only after a few days. I made myself a promise that I wouldn't be one of those statisitcs. I knew that my goals had to be clearly defined, that they needed to have a time limit and I needed to incorporate rewards for myself. I decided to record my weight, the foods that I ate and my workouts. I did just that and now in 2015, I will be able to share this with you. This class, "Your Life in Progress", is a compilation of my journey. Start today and write down your short term and long term goals. Make it the life that you want. Live totally and be totally you!
